Today is the first edition of a new Weekly Talent series. The idea is to give a second life to those Instagram images that caught my attention throughout the week and quickly disappeared into the Instagram abyssal black hole.

The idea came up when I saw this photo below by Patrick Dreuning. When I looked at it, almost at the same time, came the idea of having a place here to showcase my favourite images that appeared on my feed. I realised later that this picture wasn’t shot on film so I had to change my plans a little but that doesn’t change anything to the fact that I LOVE IT and thought it deserved its place here to be seen by as many eyes as possible.

That was for the intro, now for the first edition of the Weekly Talent I’ve decided to start with the most famous film of them all. The unique and only Kodak Portra 400! Wow, how original you must think! I get it but it’s not my fault if you guys just take amazing pictures with this film stock, so I didn’t really have much choice but to start with Portra 400.

So let’s begin with a series of the 10 best pictures captured on Kodak Portra 400 I could find this week:
